A beef quarter is approximately 90 lbs of grass finished beef. Beef quarters are cut on a standard cut sheet based on the most popular choices from past customers. These are pulled from our most recent processing date. We process every 2 months.
Approximate percentage of cuts: 50% ground, 25% roast, 25% steak
We require a deposit on any bulk purchases. The remaining balance is due at pick up/delivery. The total cost of a quarter is $985.00.
