How do I order?

Are there any fees or membership requirements?
How often is pick up available?
You can find the current pick up schedules and locations by clicking here. We typically have a monthly pick up in the Treasure Valley and bi-monthly pick ups in the Magic Valley.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You may pay with a credit or debit card at checkout. We also accept cash, check or Venmo at pick up locations. If you opt to use our Business Venmo (IDFOODCOOP), please include your order number in the description.
Where do your products come from?
The store is full of products that either come from our own farm or other trusted producers that align with our production philosophy. Look in product descriptions for specific producers and management practices.
Where is your meat processed?
All of the meat products offered are processed in inspected facilities according to state and federal laws.
What is your store return/refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety, we do not accept returns after you have received your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at contact@idahofoodcoop or (208) 751-9510. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
