The idea for this package came from Doug's uncle who started us is this business a decade ago. He was (and still is) passionate about teaching consumers about different cuts of meat. Giving you ALL the steak cuts in one box lets you taste and find the perfect steak for you. It also lets you mix and match to make the perfect blend of cuts when entertaining.
Our tips for cooking the perfect steak, every time...
Start with a hot grill or pan.
Season minimally with salt and pepper right before cooking.
Always use a thermometer and take your steak off the heat about 5 degrees before your desired doneness.
Let it rest under aluminum foil for 5 minutes.
Want to raise the bar??? Add a pat of herbed butter on top of the hot steak!
