Pork Sirloin Chops

Sirloin chops comes from the bottom of the loin, near the hip.  This cut includes many muscles groups and more bone than other chop cuts.  These are great for braising, slow cooking or roasting rather than grilling.

Chops are cut 3/4" thick and packaged 2 chops per package.
