Pork Sirloin Chops RSR

Sirloin chops comes from the bottom of the loin, near the hip.  This cut includes many muscles groups and more bone than other chop cuts.  These are great for braising, slow cooking or roasting rather than grilling.

From Red Star Ranch pigs, these chops sell out quickly are are only available in limited quantity.

Chops are cut 1" thick and packaged 2 chops per package.
