MISFIT Pastured Chicken

Food production isn't perfect...

These pastured birds are processed in small batches on the farm.  On occasion during processing, wings or legs are broken or the skin is damaged beyond what we accept as our quality standard.  We call these the "misfits".  High quality meat at a lower price because the presentation isn't perfect. 

These birds vary by size from 3.5-5 lbs.
