This Wild Pacific Halibut wild-caught by Kvichak Fish Company in Alaska is snow white, skin-off and a huge treat! Limited quantities available fish via Alaska's Bristol Bay Community Development Quota. 

Individually-vacuum sealed and flash frozen, av. weight 8-16 oz.  

The Halibut Box contains approximately 3 lbs of halibut portions.
