A classic and versatile cut of beef. Also known as the shoulder clod, this cut is best slow cooked. Think outside the box and make French Dips, BBQ sandwiches, Asian tacos or nachos.

This roast really shines on a smoker with a flavorful dry rub.  It is our go-to for a local fundraiser that sells BBQ beef sandwiches.

Roasts are between 3-4 lbs.
