Chuck Roast

A classic and versatile cut of beef. Best known as the classic pot roast, these cuts are best slow cooked. Think outside the box and make French Dips, BBQ sandwiches, Asian tacos or nachos.

Roasts are between 3-4 lbs.  We cut the majority of our roasts bone-out.  If you do want a bone-in roast, please make a note in comments at checkout and we often can accommodate you.
