Beef Suet (Kidney Fat)

Beef suet is the pure, crumbly fat found around the kidneys of cattle.  It is ideal for cooking, frying and rendering.  It is also the preferred fat for soap making.

Packages weigh approximately 2.5 lbs.  Our suet is un-processed (not rendered).
